Testimony: B.A.M.I.

He reports spending 7 days in prison and being fined NIS 1,700. A NIS 5,000 bond was also imposed.

On 25 July 2022, a 14-year-old minor from Beit Fajjar was arrested by Israeli soldiers at the entrance to his village at 5:00 p.m. He reports ill treatment. He reports consulting with a lawyer prior to interrogation but not being informed of his right to silence by the interrogator. He was sentenced to 6 months in prison and fined NIS 2,000.

He was released on bail of NIS 1,000 after 1 month and given house arrest.

He was sentenced to 6 months in prison, fined NIS 8,000 and received an additional suspended sentence.

On 18 May 2022, a 17-year-old minor from Till was arrested by Israeli soldiers from home at 2:30 a.m. He reports ill-treatment including 13 days in solitary confinement as well as being denied his full legal rights under Israeli military law. He was sentenced to 6 months in prison and fined NIS 3,000.

On 12 May 2022, a 17-year-old minor from Birqin was arrested by Israeli soldiers from home at 2:30 a.m. He reports being held in solitary confinement for 22 days in Al Jalama. He reports being denied his basic legal rights under Israeli military law. He reports being sentenced to 2 months in prison and fined NIS 2,000.

On 29 April 2022, a 16-year-old minor from Douha was arrested by Israeli soldiers at 10:00 a.m. He reports being transferred to a detention facility inside Israel where he was held in solitary confinement for 8 days.

On 25 April 2022, a 17-year-old minor from Beit Ummar was arrested by Israeli soldiers at 6:00 a.m. at home. He reports being transferred to Ofer interrogation centre where he was held in solitary confinement for 25 days while being interrogated.
