Testimony: A.K.A.M.

On 5 September 2018, a 14-year-old boy from Qalandiya refugee camp is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 3:00 p.m. during clashes. He reports being interrogated at midnight without consulting with a lawyer or being informed of his right to silence.

On 6 May 2018, a 13-year-old boy is detained by Israeli soldiers during clashes near his school at 11:00 a.m. He reports being taken to the settlement of Psagot and questioned without being informed of his legal rights. He is released without charge at 6:30 p.m.

On 21 April 2018, a 13-year-old boy from Azzun is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:30 a.m. following an incident in the street two days earlier. He reports being interrogated twice and, on both occasions, he was informed of his legal rights.

On 15 April 2018 a 14-year-old boy from Al Arrub refugee camp goes to Etzion police station in response to a summons. He reports that he was initially interrogated without consulting with a lawyer or being informed of his right to silence.

Testimony: A.A.A.Z.

On 14 April 2018, a 13-year-old boy is detained by Israeli soldiers near Route 60 and accused of throwing stones. He reports being interrogated without being informed of his legal rights. He is released into the custody of Palestinian police the next day.
