Testimony: M.A.M.A.

On 7 August 2017, a 15-year-old boy from Tuqu' is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 3:00 a.m. He reports being interrogated without first consulting with a lawyer or being informed of his right to silence.

On 18 August 2017, a 16-year-old youth from Kafr Qaddum is detained by Israeli soldiers at 5:30 p.m. on his way to the shops during weekly protests. He is accused of throwing stones and setting fire to tyres but is released without charge 4 hours later.

On 11 August 2017, a 15-year-old youth from Beit Ummar is detained by Israeli soldiers at 4:30 p.m. on land belonging to the village close to the settlement of Karmi Zur. He is released without charge 10 hours later.

On 9 August 2017, a 14-year-old boy from Tuqu' is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:00 a.m. and accused of throwing stones. He reports that the interrogator did not inform him of his right to silence but instead told him that he "must talk".

On 7 August 2017 a 14-year-old boy from Tuqu' is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 3:00 a.m. He reports initially being interrogated without first being informed of his right to silence or his right to consult with a lawyer.

On 7 August 2017, a 15-year-old youth from Tuqu' is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:30 a.m. and accused of throwing stones. He reports being permitted to speak to a lawyer prior to interrogation but was not informed of his right to silence by the interrogator.

Testimony: S.M.S.A.

On 3 August 2017, a 14-year-old boy from Tuqu' is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:00 a.m. and accused of wanting to stab a soldier and throwing Molotov cocktails. He is released without charge on 6 August 2017

Testimony: M.M.S.A.

On 2 August 2017 an Israeli intelligence officer summonses a 16-year-old youth from Tuqu' to an interrogation in Etzion settlement the next day. That night the youth is arrested by soldiers at 2:30 a.m. before he can respond to the summons.

On 19 July 2017, a 16-year-old youth from Beit Ummar is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:00 a.m. He reports being interrogated without being informed of his legal rights. He is released without charge 9 hours later.

Testimony: R.T.I.A.

On 11 July 2017, the family of a 13-year-old boy are given a summons by Israeli soldiers at 1:30 a.m. The boy complies with the summons but is not questioned. On 13 July, soldiers come to the family's house in Tuqu' and arrest the boy at 2:00 a.m.
